Delivery costs and terms

As orders on our website are processed via email, delivery costs are not added automatically. Each shipment – whether domestic or international – requires a separate quote from the carrier.

What is the step-by-step process?

  1. You send an enquiry: In the body of the email, please provide a list of products and the exact postcode and country of delivery.
  2. We calculate the costs: We check the current rates with our logistics providers, selecting the lowest price for the given dimensions.
  3. You receive a quote: In our reply email, we’ll provide you with the final price of the products and the exact delivery cost.
  4. You confirm your order: Only once you have accepted the delivery costs and paid the pro forma invoice will we proceed with fulfilling your order.
